foot outside on what end up being some of the winter’s most annoyingly cold days. According to our sources on the outside, today was one of those days in the greater Kingston area. So with this in mind, we decided to dive right in and tackle one of the songs we have been road testing live for the last few months; “On Paper”. We also started writing the lyrics to our own parody of On Paper – the AMC commissioned “Don Draper”. Keep your eyes peeled for this Jon Hamm inspired rarity in the near
future. This afternoon we recorded the drums and bass, and since dinner we have tackled guitar, vocals, piano and some other miscellaneous treats (hint: one of them rhymes with tribe-ra-phone). Aaron and Niles have been doing a great job with all their engineering responsibilities and have been incredibly patient with Nick despite his almost exponential number of takes. It feels good to finally be back in the studio and we’re all excited about the new songs and sounds we’re getting ready to lay down over the next month. Stay tuned for more updates.
Adios for now
